Partner of the Corporate and M&A practices and Head of the Venture Capital practice. He advises local and international clients on cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity transactions, Venture Capital and general corporate matters across Latin America, with a particular focus on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.

He has built a strong practice in venture capital, advising funds and startups at all stages of their lifecycle, including structuring, funding rounds (from pre-seed and seed to equity rounds in later stages), and international expansion. He also has extensive experience in financing transactions, capital markets operations and project finance matters, including secured and unsecured financing, debt issuances and corporate and sovereign restructurings in international markets.

He has participated in high-profile transactions across a wide range of industries, including technology, financial services and energy, advising sponsors, financial institutions and multinational companies in strategic investments and acquisitions.
