Partner since 2025. He is part of the Tax department.

Federico joined Allende & Brea in 2016 and became a partner in July 2025.

Mr. Anna specializes in disputes and court litigation, advises clients on tax matters and tax planning for companies and for domestic or international transactions. He has represented clients in a broad range of matters within his field of specialization including administrative and judicial procedures against the Argentine Federal Government, and different Provinces, National Tax Court, local and federal courts, the Federal Administration of Public Revenue and other tax agencies.

Federico is a professor of Public Finance and Tax Law in the Faculty of Law at the National University of La Plata. He speaks Spanish and English.

He frequently writes articles and essays on tax law matters in specialized magazines. He is also co-author of the book “Procedimiento Tributario Bonaerense”, published by Editorial Librería Platense, Bs. As., 2014.

He has made presentations at many congresses and conferences and has published several articles in his area of specialization.

He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and Buenos Aires Province. He acts as an off counsel on tax matters for the Bar Association of Buenos Aires Province. He is also an active member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies, a local group of the International Fiscal Association.

He received his law degree from the National University of La Plata in 2006. Mr. Anna obtained a specialist degree in Tax Law from Austral University in 2009 and a civil law notary public degree also from National University of La Plata in 2012.
