Partner. He leads the Natural Resources practice group and co-runs the Firm’s Asian Practice Group. 

His legal practice involves advising foreign and local companies in different areas of law such as Mining Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Finance.

Most currently, he has been advising local mining companies in their day-to-day operation and associated legal matters, debt and equity financing, infrastructure projects, particularly gas pipelines. He also actively advises foreign mining companies and investment funds in the acquisition of local mining projects.

Juan Martín is an active member of the Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (FNREL), the Inter Pacific Bar Association and the Pacific Rim Advisory Council.
