Fernando Reyes Porcell counsels panamanian and international clients regarding intellectual property protection and enforcement strategies, unfair competition, trademark, copyright and patent litigation, consumer protection and commercial law.

He received his licentiate degree in Law and Political Sciences from the Universidad Santa Maria la Antigua in Panama, with honours (cum laude) and afterwards obtained an LL.M. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in Chicago, United States of America, with honours.

Works directly with partner Audrey Williams on very complex infringement cases, both civil and criminal.  Oversees investigations of IP infringements/counterfeiting and regularly conducts IP trainings for Customs, prosecutors and other law enforcement authorities.

He is very experienced in IP thanks to his current and prior positions in IP departments of other firms.

Mr. Reyes advises clients from all industries, including pharmaceutical, consumer products, food and beverage, media and technologies.
