Dominique Gibson is the firm’s compliance manager, with solid experience in regulatory compliance, fiduciary structures, and corporate risk management. Her strategic approach allows her to align internal policies with the firm’s business objectives, promoting transparency and regulatory compliance in Panama and international jurisdictions such as the BVI, Belize, the Bahamas, and the Seychelles. She has led the incorporation of financial entities that contribute to economic development, ensuring the protection of institutional interests while maintaining a clear business vision. Her leadership has been instrumental in implementing regulatory frameworks that meet both local and international requirements, thereby strengthening the organization’s culture of compliance.
