Doris Nieto Rosas is an attorney with more than 15 years of experience specializing in complex litigation and arbitration. She currently serves as an associate at Alemán Cordero Galindo & Lee, where she has built a strong practice in the resolution of high-profile disputes.

She has extensive experience in judicial and arbitral proceedings, with an emphasis on the strategic defense of her clients’ interests. Her career has been recognized by international publications such as The Legal 500 in the dispute resolution category.

She has also developed a practice in highly regulated sectors such as energy, telecommunications, insurance, and competition law. Her understanding of regulatory frameworks and her ability to integrate technical and legal aspects have enabled her to effectively advise on regulatory matters, administrative litigation, and proceedings before sector authorities. She has participated in significant transactions and disputes related to regulatory and competition issues.

She has academic training in Commercial Law, Mediation and Arbitration, and financial analysis, which allows her to approach cases with a strategic and multidisciplinary perspective.
