Personal

Jorge Federico Lee is a founding partner of the firm and a leader in the areas of litigation, arbitration, and labor law. With a legal career spanning more than four decades, he combines a strong academic background with a distinguished trajectory in both the private and public sectors. He graduated summa cum laude in Law and Political Science from the Universidad de Panamá in 1976 and served as a professor of Procedural Law and Evidence at the same institution for more than 30 years.

In the public sector, he has held high-level positions, including Justice of the Supreme Court of Panama, Alternate Justice, Minister of Labor and Social Security, Director General of the Colon Free Zone, and Vice Minister of Government and Justice. He also chaired the Interoceanic Region Authority and currently serves as a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.

His career has been recognized by prestigious publications such as Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, and Leaders League. His leadership and experience have established him as one of the most influential figures in the legal field in Panama.
