​Eduarda Sordi Pinheiro is transactional lawyer, with specific expertise in the areas of M&A, contracts and corporate law. Eduarda has experience in providing legal advice to local and foreign companies, including in national and multi-jurisdictional commercial and corporate transactions, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating commercial, corporate and real estate contracts, as well as day-to-day corporate and commercial practices. Due to her language skills, she has been seconded to act as Latin America in-house lawyer for an international company of the telecom sector. She advises companies from different sectors, with special experience in technology, agribusiness, food and industries in general.
