Reginaldo Sorrenti is a Senior Associate of the Projects, Banking, and Natural Resources practice group at Veirano Advogados. With nearly a decade of comprehensive legal expertise, Mr. Sorrenti focuses his practice on project finance, asset finance, and acquisition finance, in addition to his extensive background in corporate law, including M&A transactions and commercial contracts.

Mr. Sorrenti provides strategic legal advice to a diversified portfolio of domestic and international clientele, pertaining to a wide range of sectors, notably including Infrastructure, Energy, Aviation Finance, Shipping Finance and Oil, Gas & Biofuels.

In 2017, Mr. Sorrenti graduated with academic honor in Corporate Law and Securities Regulations LL.M at Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV.
