Guilherme Monteiro has joined the firm in 2003 and has more than fifteen years’ experience in the practice of Corporate Law and Contracts, with a primary focus in Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities Regulations, Banking & Finance, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Infrastructure Projects.

Guilherme has worked as an international associate of the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP, in New York, NY, in the years of 2012 and 2013.
