Alexandra advises leading investment managers and private equity houses on the establishment and structuring of private equity and hedge funds.

She specialises in fund formation and advises clients across a broad range of investment fund matters.

Prior to joining Walkers in 2021, Alexandra worked in the private investment funds group of Proskauer Rose (UK) LLP in London, where she advised institutional investors and fund managers on the formation and management of a broad spectrum of funds including private equity, venture capital and secondaries.
