Natalie Selman is based in Walkers' London office where she is an Associate in the firm's Global Finance and Corporate Group.

Natalie advises on a broad range of corporate and finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, company liquidations, restructurings and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Walkers Natalie spent a year working for an offshore law firm in the British Virgin Islands as a member of their corporate team. Prior to this, Natalie worked as a corporate lawyer for a London city firm, with a focus on venture capital and M&A transactions.
