Kelly is an associate in Walkers' London Finance and Corporate Group, advising on a range of matters under British Virgin Islands (BVI) law and Cayman Islands law.

Kelly advises international law firms and financial institutions on a range of cross-border finance and corporate transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance, leveraged finance, security arrangements and group reorganisations.

Prior to joining Walkers, Kelly worked at another offshore law firm in both their BVI and London offices.
