Nadia Bouchiba is an associate in Walkers' London Investment Funds Practice Group.

Nadia advises clients on all aspects relating to Cayman Islands open-ended and closed-ended investment funds including their formation, launch, restructuring and dissolution as well as various other ongoing legal and regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Walkers' London office, Nadia worked within the Funds and Investment Management team of another offshore law firm for over five years during which time she spent several months on secondment at an investment management firm based in London.
