Angharad Prescott is a senior associate in Walkers' Jersey Investment Funds & Corporate Practice Group, where she advises on a wide range of Jersey corporate law matters.

Angharad has acted on a full range of public and private offshore M&A transactions and corporate restructurings and has previously assisted the team in its capacity as lead counsel for a range of clients in multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions.

Angharad was admitted as a solicitor in 2022 and worked at another offshore law firm before joining Walkers.

Prior to joining Walkers in 2024, Angharad worked with another leading offshore law firm in Jersey where she trained and qualified and gained experience in the banking & finance and corporate teams.
