Ellen Hurst is a Senior Associate in Walkers' Jersey Investment Funds & Corporate Practice Group, where she advises on a wide range of Jersey corporate law matters.

Ellen regularly acts on a variety of corporate real estate transactions, company reorganisation and restructurings, company migrations and M&A deals. She also has experience with advising Jersey property unit trusts with regards to property acquisitions and disposals.

Ellen was admitted as an Isle of Man Advocate in 2018 and an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2025, meaning she is now admitted in two of the three Crown Dependencies. She has worked at two offshore firms before joining Walkers.

Prior to joining Walkers in 2019, Ellen worked with another leading offshore law firm in Jersey. She trained and qualified in the Isle of Man with DQ Advocates, where she gained experience in the litigation, private client and corporate teams. As of 2025, Ellen has also been admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey.

In 2023, Ellen was the winner of the Law category at the Jersey Finance Rising Star Awards.
