Adam Diamond is a Senior Associate in Walkers' Jersey Investment Funds & Corporate Practice Group, advising on all matters relating to the launch, operation and restructuring of investment funds, and particularly on private and listed funds.

Having previously practiced in the funds team of a leading law firm in London, Adam has experience of both onshore and offshore practice working with English, Jersey, Guernsey and Cayman structured funds.

He has also spent time on secondment, working as legal counsel for a US investment manager.

Prior to joining Walkers' Jersey office in 2023, Adam practised with Herbert Smith Freehills and Clifford Chance in London.

He also undertook a secondment with Man Group in their London office.
