Paola Sequeira is an Associate in Walkers' Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team in Jersey.

She advises on general civil and commercial litigation, including contentious insolvency matters and cross-border trust disputes.

Before joining Walkers in April 2023, Paola gained a wide range of experience from a Magic Circle firm in the UK, a Public Notary in South America and various offshore firms, specialising in dispute resolution.

Paola was a dispute resolution paralegal, with a particular focus on BVI, at another leading offshore law firm, where she was then promoted to their English solicitor training programme and gained a broad range of experience across banking and finance, corporate, dispute resolution and private wealth.
