Victoria Barclay is an associate in Walkers' Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team in Jersey.
Victoria advises on general civil and commercial litigation, trust disputes and both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.

She has a background in commercial dispute resolution, having handled cases in the Court of Session in Scotland and the High Court and County Courts in England. She also possesses experience advising financial institutions and insolvency practitioners on contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.

Prior to joining Walkers in February 2025, Victoria trained and practised in Scotland, with over five years' experience at international law firm, Pinsent Masons. Victoria spent two years working as a litigation paralegal whilst concluding her university studies, before completing her traineeship. Subsequently Victoria qualified into Pinsent Masons' Litigation and Regulatory team, and spent time seconded to the Restructuring team, both of which ranked tier 1 in the Legal 500.

Victoria was admitted as a notary public with the Law Society of Scotland post-qualification.
