Kevin advises on all aspects of corporate law and is part of our Investment Funds & Corporate Practice Group.
He helps US and UK private equity sponsors, institutional clients, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds and high-net worth individuals on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets and restructuring mandates.

Kevin is one of the most active public M&A lawyers in Jersey having worked on several take-private transactions implemented by scheme of arrangement and he is the only lawyer in Jersey to have acted on all three take-private transactions which have been implemented by statutory merger under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991.

Kevin is very active in local mergers and acquisitions particularly in the financial services sector. He regularly acts as lead counsel to Jersey-based clients on cross-border sales and acquisitions of regulated financial services businesses. He also advises the boards of Jersey-listed companies on corporate governance matters.

Kevin has consistently been recognised by Legal 500, Chambers and Partners and IFLR and has been ranked as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 since 2022.

Before joining Walkers Kevin was a Partner in the corporate team of another leading Jersey law firm.

He joined Walkers as a Partner in August 2023.
