Kirsten Faichnie is a Partner in Walkers' Jersey Investment Funds & Corporate practice group, advising on a range of funds and corporate matters.

She has been in private practice since 2010, and has worked in London and in Jersey, with experience across the full life-cycle of investment funds matters, corporate and M&A advice, and real estate structuring and financing.

Kirsten is a Jersey Advocate with experience of significant restructuring matters in respect of property holding structures and family investment portfolios, as well as advising on end-of-life solutions for investment funds.

Kirsten trained and was admitted with another leading offshore law firm, spending time in their London and Jersey offices from 2006 to 2018.

She then worked with a boutique firm in Jersey from September 2020, before joining Walkers in September 2022.
