Tatiana advises on a range of funds, corporate and regulatory matters as part of our Investment Funds & Corporate Practice Group in Jersey.

Tatiana mainly works with clients in Europe, the US and the Channel Islands advising them on funds and corporate transactions including:

• establishing, managing, restructuring and liquidating various types of funds and corporate structures
• tax and regulatory matters
• structured acquisitions
• disposing of assets across Europe
• financing and re-financing arrangements

She also has significant experience with venture capital, real estate and private equity funds.

Tatiana has been in private practice since 2009 in Jersey, London, Cayman and Frankfurt, and is admitted in Jersey, Cayman and England & Wales.

She speaks fluent English, Slovak and Czech and advanced German.

Before joining Walkers in 2021, Tatiana worked for another law firm in Jersey, where she spent 14 months in their Cayman office, before returning to Jersey and qualifying as a Jersey Advocate.

Tatiana trained, and qualified in 2011, with King & Wood Mallesons in London. She spent five years in their London office, including secondments to Frankfurt and Jersey. She also completed a client secondment at the global investment management firm Schroders Plc, in London and Jersey.

She joined Walkers in March 2021.
