Ciaran Kenny is an associate in the Walkers' Corporate Group and is based in the Ireland office.

Ciaran advises on M&A, joint ventures, domestic and cross-border corporate restructuring, shareholders' agreements, Irish corporate governance and general commercial matters. He has also worked on domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions, from initial stages to completion.

Prior to joining Walkers, Ciaran trained and worked in another top-tier Irish law firm.
