Asset Management and Investment Funds

Eimear O'Flynn is a member of the Walkers' Asset Management and Investment Funds group and based in the Ireland office where she is Of Counsel.

She has experience in working with domestic and international clients on the establishment and authorisation of investment funds including UCITS and AIFs. Eimear also advises investment funds and fund service providers on structuring queries and ongoing legal and regulatory obligations connected to the operation of their business.

Prior to joining Walkers, Eimear worked as a solicitor in the Financial Services group of another leading Irish corporate law firm, where she also trained as a solicitor.
