Asset Management and Investment Funds

Demi Mullen is a senior associate in Walkers' Asset Management and Investment Funds group based in the Ireland office.

Demi advises domestic and international clients on the establishment and authorisation of various investment fund vehicles and structures, both UCITS and AIFs, across a range of asset classes.

Demi also advises investment funds and fund service providers on ongoing legal and regulatory matters connected to the operation of their business.

Prior to joining Walkers, Demi worked as an associate in an international law firm. She previously worked as an associate in a leading Irish law firm, where she trained as a solicitor. During those roles, Demi also completed client secondments with two global asset management firms, one in legal and one in compliance.
