Dylan Kirwan is an associate in Walkers' Asset Management and Investment Funds group based in the Ireland office.

Dylan advises domestic and international clients on the establishment, authorisation and ongoing operation of investment funds, including UCITS and AIFs. His experience includes advising fund managers and service providers on regulatory compliance and operational matters across the lifecycle of investment funds.

Dylan joined Walkers as a Legal Analyst in 2022 before advancing through the traineeship programme. In 2026, he qualified as an associate in the Asset Management & Investment Funds team.
