Asset Management and Investment Funds

Aengus Gormley is a Senior Associate in Walkers' Asset Management and Investment Funds Group based in the Ireland office.

He has experience in working with domestic and international clients on the establishment and authorisation of investment funds including UCITS and AIFs. Aengus also advises investment funds and fund service providers on ongoing legal and regulatory obligations connected to the operation of their business.

Prior to joining Walkers, Aengus worked as an Associate in the Financial Services Group of the Dublin office of an international law firm. He previously worked as a solicitor in another leading Irish financial services firm, where he trained as a solicitor.
