Gráinne Denihan is an associate in Walkers' Asset Management and Investment Funds group based in the Ireland office.

Gráinne advises domestic and international clients on the establishment and authorisation of various investment fund vehicles across a range of asset classes.

She also advises funds and fund service providers on their ongoing legal and regulatory obligations.

Gráinne began her journey at Walkers as a paralegal in 2018 before advancing through the traineeship programme. In 2023, she qualified as an associate in the Asset Management & Investment Funds team.
