Asset Management and Investment Funds

Jennifer Brady is Of Counsel in Walkers' Asset Management and Investment Funds Group in the firm's Ireland office.

Jennifer has experience in working with domestic and international clients on the structuring and authorisation of investment funds across a range of asset classes. Jennifer also advises investment funds and fund service providers on ongoing legal and regulatory matters connected to the operation of their business.

Prior to joining Walkers, Jennifer worked as a solicitor in the Asset Management and Investment Funds group of another leading Irish corporate law firm, where she trained as a solicitor. During her time there, she was seconded to the Dublin-based alternative investment management division of a major international asset manager.
