I am the Head of Employment in Dublin, advising on all legal issues arsing out of the employment relationship including employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues, absenteeism and dismissal issues.

I also have experience in the review and preparation of contracts of employment, bonus schemes, staff handbooks, advising on day to day HR queries, disciplinary matters, redundancy consultation, union representation, employment audits, immigration issues, TUPE, compromise agreements and employment issues in mergers and acquisitions.

I lead the Employment team in Ireland and also provide representation in respect of defending all forms of employee claims including undair dismissal and equality claims for my clients.
