Neil is a Partner based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office and specialises in complex cross-border restructurings, and contentious and non-contentious insolvencies and distressed situations.

A member of our Insolvency and Dispute Resolution group, he advises existing stakeholders and creditors, debtors, private equity and hedge funds, insolvency practitioners and other advisors. He also has experience in general contentious matters. He joined us in 2003.

Neil has been involved in scores of the leading global and offshore restructuring and litigation matters over the course of the last 20+ years and has been consistently ranked among the top lawyers in his field. Neil is well known for his commercial, pragmatic and strategic advice in advising clients through the most difficult situations.

Neil is a member of the International Insolvency Institute, INSOL, R3, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association and is a member of the Editorial Board of International Corporate Rescue.
