Lucy specialises in both contentious and non-contentious international trusts, and private client work.

She advises private and institutional clients on settling, restructuring, managing and terminating Cayman Islands’ trusts. As part of our Private Capital & Trusts Group, she also advises executors, administrators and beneficiaries on administering estates in the Cayman Islands.

Lucy acts for trustees, executors, beneficiaries, protectors and enforcers on all types of trust and estate matters. This includes applications for directions, rectification, claims against executors and breach of trust.

She is an attorney at law in the Cayman Islands and a solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.
