Jason is based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office and advises on all aspects of corporate law and investment funds law across a wide variety of industries.

He has particular experience and expertise advising on high-value cross-border corporate transactions, the structuring and establishment of private equity funds and hedge funds as well as on their upstream and downstream transactions. His clients include major investment banks, institutional fund managers and blue-chip corporates. He has worked on some of the most sophisticated financial transactions utilising the Cayman Islands jurisdiction.

In addition to his wide ranging legal practice, he regularly contributes to the development of the Cayman Islands legislation.

Jason is a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands and a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
