James is a Partner at Walkers' Cayman Islands office and specialises in debt capital markets and structured finance with a particular expertise in CLOs. He also sits as a director on the Walkers Professional Services entities and is focused on the strategic growth of that business.

James has extensive experience of advising some of the most prominent CLO managers and clients in the market on the full range of structured finance products and services, as well as securitisation and secured-note programme structures, and bespoke structured products.
