Olga is a Partner at Walkers' Cayman Islands office and specialises in structured finance and derivatives, and has extensive experience in collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), securitisations as well as bespoke structured products.

She has also advised on several bankruptcy remote financings, other tax structured transactions, fund-linked note issuances, and repo and stock lending transactions.

Olga has extensive over-the-counter derivatives experience covering the full range of classes, including equity derivative trades. She regularly acts for banks, investment managers, hedge funds, investment funds and corporates.
