Joanne is a Partner based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office.

She joined Walkers in 2014 and is a member of the firm's Global Finance Group.

Joanne specialises in securitisation and structured finance transactions. She has extensive experience in collateralised loan obligation transactions (CLOs), including broadly-syndicated, private credit, commercial real estate and TruPS CDO transactions. She also works closely with leading on-shore law firms advising financial institutions, investment managers and issuers on a variety of transactions, including asset-backed lending facilities, aircraft ABS transactions, fund-linked note issuances, repack and other note programmes, structured repo and other bespoke structured transactions. Joanne also regularly advises in relation to listings of debt on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange.
