Managing Partner

Rob is the Managing Partner of Walkers' Cayman Islands office and advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions and financing transactions.

He acts primarily for lenders on private equity and hedge financings, secured cross-border transactions and financial restructurings. His finance clients include leading international banks and financial institutions, asset management firms and private equity houses.

He also regularly advises major public and private companies on share acquisitions and disposals, joint venture and shareholder arrangements, IPOs and secondary public offerings, and corporate restructurings across a wide range of industry sectors.
