Monique is part of our Private Capital & Trusts Group in the Cayman Islands. Monique advises high net-worth individuals and families, trust companies, family offices and charitable organisations on all aspects of private trusts, foundation companies, and other wealth and estate planning structures.

She also works on a range of Cayman Islands commercial trust matters. That includes creating and administering investment funds structured as unit trusts, securitisation trusts, liquidating trusts, employee benefit trusts and pension trusts.

Monique is a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in the Cayman Islands. She has been a member of the STEP Cayman council since December 2018 and currently acts as secretary to the council.

Monique is also a member of 100 Women Who Care in Cayman, 100 Women in Finance and the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
