Rosalind is based in Walkers' British Virgin Islands office and specialises in corporate litigation and advises on strategy, risk management and corporate governance issues.

She focuses particularly on shareholder and boardroom disputes, contested takeovers, and contentious and non-contentious solvent and insolvent corporate restructuring and complex insolvency. As part of our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group, her work extends to all areas of company law in which a litigation risk might come up, or the need to apply to the court.

She started working at Walkers in 2016.
