Robert specialises in competition law. His experience includes advising clients on complaint investigations and litigation, merger control, market inquiries and compliance. Robert also has significant knowledge of the competition laws of many other African countries and regularly works on multijurisdictional merger applications across Africa. His experience extends across a number of sectors including mining, liquid fuels, chemicals, plastics, construction, industrial and consumer goods, distribution and retail, financial services, healthcare, and information and communication technology.
