Senior Associate

Robert Nash is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution department in Bermuda.

Robert specialises in Insolvency & Restructuring and is experienced in complex cross border restructurings, liquidations and receiverships. He has a wide body of litigation experience having represented financial institutions, creditors, private equity funds and insolvency practitioners in the Superior Courts. Robert also has in house-lawyer experience having completed a secondment with a leading European loan and asset management servicing firm.

Prior to joining Appleby, Robert worked at a top tier law firm in Dublin, Ireland for a number of years.
