Edgar Orozco focuses his practice on financing, infrastructure and project finance for both public and private projects. Through the combination of these practice areas, Edgar has advised numerous public and private financial institutions, as well as various governmental entities, including the Federal Government of Mexico, in major national and subnational financing transactions in the social infrastructure sectors.
In addition, Edgar focuses his practice on capital markets and has broad experience advising clients on initial public offerings, high yield and investment grade debt offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, among others.
