Marzio Longo has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on real estate transactions. Marzio takes a hands-on role in the negotiation and drafting phases of transactions to help clients pursue their legal and business goals. His work focuses on complex cross-border and domestic real estate deals involving the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of large scale retail, office, hospitality, and logistic portfolios.

Marzio has advised fund management companies and investors on several real estate funds-related transactions and acted for major investment and corporate clients on the development of real estate projects.
