Daniel Ilan leads the firm’s privacy & data security practice and also focuses his practice on artificial intelligence (and AI Governance), intellectual property law and technology.

He has significant experience in representing leading multinational corporations and private equity firms in privacy, data security, technology and IP issues arising in transactional contexts, particularly transactions involving acquisition, licensing or transfer of or investment in data assets, IP and technology. Daniel is also one of the leaders of the firm’s AI Practice.
