Carina focuses on international and U.S.-based corporate and financial transactions, with particular expertise in handling work with a Latin American nexus. She has experience on various major and industry-changing restructurings globally – including major cases, involving Aeromexico, Azul, Garuda International, LATAM Airlines, Odebrecht and more.
