Denise Shiu’s practice focuses on international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and foreign direct investment transactions in China and the rest of Asia.

Denise earned her J.D. from Georgetown University in 2005 and her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 2002. She joined the firm in 2010 and became a partner in 2015. Prior to joining, she worked as an associate in the New York office of a major law firm from 2005 to 2009.
