Position
Sarah Schröder’s practice focuses on international arbitration, litigation, and public international law.
Sarah represents clients in commercial arbitrations, as well as investors and sovereigns in investment arbitrations, before various arbitration institutions and under various arbitration rules, including the ICC and ICSID. She also represents clients in proceedings before French courts relating to arbitration.
Sarah has been involved in many arbitrations and high-stake disputes in various sectors, including energy and natural resources, infrastructure projects, financial services and post-M&A. She is a regular speaker and lecturer on international arbitration matters.
Career
Sarah joined the firm in 2014.
