Stéphanie Patureau’s practice focuses on EU and French competition law.

Stéphanie has extensive experience advising clients on merger control regulations including complex, multijurisdictional transactions, as well as in international cartels and anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance, and regulated sectors. Her wide-ranging practice also includes work on foreign investment control issues.

Stéphanie joined the firm in 2021 after spending 11 years at a leading Magic Circle firm’s London and Paris offices. She became counsel in 2025.
