Rodolphe Elineau’s practice focuses on corporate and financial matters, including M&A and corporate governance.

Rodolphe advises both French and foreign companies on strategic and complex transactions. He also frequently advises listed companies on corporate governance matters and in connection with their general shareholders’ meetings, as well as on shareholder activism matters.

Rodolphe joined the firm in 2011 and became a partner in 2020.
