Héctor Cárdenas joined the firm in 2010 and was named partner in 2022. He

has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, representing financial and strategic buyers, sellers, and financial advisors in the sale of assets and businesses across a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, education, technology, automotive, entertainment, and financial services. His practice includes public tender offers, financings, and reorganizations, with a strong focus on advising private equity funds in their structuring, acquisitions, and divestments.

In real estate, Héctor is actively involved in transactions related to the structuring and fundraising of private equity real estate funds, as well as in the purchase and sale of properties and developments.

Héctor gained international experience as a foreign associate at Simpson Thacher in New York.
